Summary

Personal Profile: I am an ambitious and hard working person, with a competitive nature to get things done no matter how hard the task. With 10, nearly 11 years of being a basketball coach at a respectable sixth form college, it has helped me develop strong communication skills as well as problem solving skills. After being promoted to Head coach and Manager it gave me even more responsibility to work on my own and increase my admin skills in travel organisation, it also gave me skills in managing the people around me in terms of my assistant coaches. I am also currently working as a lifeguard, activity instructor and Training Assessor at Holme Lacy House hotel and this has provided me with even more experience with dealing with people from different backgrounds, customer support and complaints as well as provided me with multiple qualifications and responsibilities. These include being a pool plant room operator meaning I have a responsibility of making sure the chemicals in the pool are at operational level. Am also an archery and rifle instructor and most recently qualified in becoming a training Assessor for lifeguarding and aqua aerobics instructor.
