  • Supporting on policy work, including interviewing stakeholders, building policy documents, and presenting new ideas for policy both internally and externally
  • Team administration duties, such as organising and recording meetings, communicating with other teams, and keeping on top of different actions
  • Monitoring different pieces of legislation, and raising these where I spot new ones which may impact our work
  • Developing responses to new consultations and inquiries
  • Conducting analysis of research, and then presenting this analysis
  • Maintenance of the charity's affiliates network, including invoicing organisations, regular analysis of data, and communicating with organisations
  • Organisation and management of online and in-person events, including events in Parliament
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external staff and stakeholders, such as Parliamentarians and their teams
  • Writing the monthly newsletter that details our work, including campaigns and policy and research updates.
