This job predominantly but not exclusively consisted of running security for Cafe 1001 and The Brick Lane Taproom. Some areas I excel in include:

• Recording incidents accurately, providing useful reference for future risk assessments.

• Following company protocol effectively whilst dealing with incidents at the door.
• Providing exceptional customer service, creating welcoming environment for guests.
• Utilising my conflict resolution skills to handle disputes peacefully.
• Implementing security procedures for improved entrance flow management and managing capacity requirements.

• This work has predominantly consisted of recruiting and managing large security teams for frestivals and seasonal events.
• Lead enhanced search areas at a number of large festivals.
• This included directing new Covid-19 related safety systems for large teams of around 100 staff for multiple events during the summer of 2021.
• Enhanced my ability to streamline processes and manage large teams in a variety of new environments.
• Handled escalated issues from candidates or staff members promptly and professionally maintaining high customer service standards.
• Fostered a positive work environment, resulting in increased employee satisfaction levels.

• This job consisted of working a large variety of events bars, retail and market jobs. The large variety of work gave me a chance to hone a wide array of skills I have since developed in the industry.
