  • Time management - I was under strict time constrains from when an order was placed to when it was received by the customer, this taught me how to manage my time effectively and be able to take one task at a time whilst also managing others without getting overwhelmed.
  • POS - I was trained on how to work point of sales, this includes handling money, ensuring there is enough cash float, being able to process orders within a certain time, a good example of this would be when i worked in a drive through, it was crucial that the payment was processed in a fast and effective manor to avoid queuing and potential unnecessary waiting times, training also included how to process refunds ensuring they were documented properly.
  • Customer Service - During this job i was engaging with customers 90% of the time, this has given me the experience needed to effectively communicate with customers to ensure the customers experience was high quality and aim to correct that any questions or concerns they may have, this also gave me personal experience with eliminating any social barriers i previously had.
