As a dedicated and empathetic individual, I am interested in applying my compassionate skills to approach being a Care Assistant. I do have a passion for helping others, communicating effectively with them as this will enable me to provide supportive and respectful care. I would say I am a quick learner and I am interested in learning more and gaining more skills to ensure a positive and comfortable environment for others and myself.

During my time in education I have done many work experiences in nurseries and healthcare sectors such as like in a hospital observing ward rounds with the nurses and supporting them to my best ability, I have then been in a community service where I would go with nurses, social workers, support workers & occupational therapists to patients houses and observe how they would support them and plan out ideas they can do together that would fit the patients needs and make them feel comfortable.

I love working with a team I think that is what helps each other work better and supporting ideas from one another so I would like to work and learn in an environment like this where I can make a difference to people's lives.

• I am interested in reading i love reading to the children i work with in the nursery and i love reading on my own as this is good to support your memory and is fun to create imagination.
