I am a dedicated hospital-based clinical pharmacist with a strong commitment to continuously advancing my practice and enhancing patient care. Currently, I am enrolled in a clinical diploma program, where I am gaining valuable knowledge.

My primary focus is on patient safety, and I actively seek opportunities to optimize medication therapy by reviewing patient prescriptions, identifying potential drug interactions, and recommending appropriate therapeutic alternatives. I believe that holistic care is essential, and I strive to maintain an individualized approach, ensuring that patients are at the center of all decision-making processes regarding their treatment.

In my role, I work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (MDT), which includes physicians, consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. This teamwork allows us to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the diverse needs of our patients, ensuring they receive well-rounded care tailored to their unique circumstances. Regular meetings and discussions with the MDT help facilitate communication and improve patient outcomes effectively.
