  • Over 18 months of senior experience in the management of patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions, in both critical-care and ward- based settings, including paediatrics (ward-based only).   • 12 months of senior experience in integrated discharge planning services, split between A&E and medical wards. Conduct thorough and efficient mobility assessments for patients.
    Support collaborative care and rehabilitation planning with patients and families/carers.
    Assisted multi-disciplinary teams in addressing equipment needs for bed seating and toileting requirements.
  • 6 months senior experience in the physiotherapy management of spinal, upper and lower limb elective orthopaedic patients, implementing tailored recovery plans and coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts.
  • Taught and guided both physiotherapy students and junior physiotherapists, facilitating the enhancement of skills and knowledge to support career progression within the aforementioned rotational settings.
