• I started at The Property Shop in April 2022 my first role was on lettings property maintenance conducting property inspections and identifing maintenance issues. I was the point of contact for tenants with any maintenance issues and I reported findings to landlords in a timely manner. I coordinated with contractors to ensure necessary repairs were completed.

• I achieved promotion to letting manager in August 2024 overseeing property management operations and tenant relations.

• I organise tasks effectively, communicate clearly, and manage time efficiently to enhance workflow.

• As beauty therapist your main role is doing beauty treatments on your clients, but it also includes reception work which includes Greeting guests, taking payments, answering the phone and booking treatments.
• Keeping the salon clean and tidy, and setting up displays of the products.

• Conducted spa treatments for clients. Welcomed clients with professionalism and courtesy. Maintained cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms. Ensured full stock of products for seamless operations.

• I started working in this care home when I was 14 years old, I left this job to start my career in the beauty industry. My job role included personal care, preparing and serving their meal, laundry and domestic duties.
