During my role as an Exam Invigilator, I played a pivotal role for ensuring the fair and proper conduct of examinations in accordance with strict institutional regulations. I was required to apply consistent application of rules, ensuring exam integrity and the impartial supervision of candidates under a time-pressured environment. I also reported any irregularities observed during invigilation directly to senior staff members, ensuring fairness at all times. I played a pivotal role in the management of over 200 students at once. This role demanded professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to make a fair discretion consistently without bias being involved.
During my time with Mitie, I was responsible for maintaining safety on the premises in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies. The role required to stay in touch with the enforcement of rules, assessment of risk, and the ability to make quick judgement in high-pressure situations. I regularly handled incidents involving members of the public and de-escalating conflict through clear communication and critical decision-making. I detailed and reported incidents accurately and ensured I was collaborating closely with team members to ensure efficiency. While I was working for Mitie, my store experienced 60% less theft than when I was not present.
During my time with AtomicSky, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations ensuring smooth running of the organisation. I was responsible for managing a community of over 350 active members, as well as supervising a moderation team.
