During employment with Doubleday, I undertook a multitude of tasks with all things agricultural and those concerned with a mainline franchise and equipment dealership.

• Extensive works around the full John Deere tractor line-up, All combines and sprayers as well as the full compliment of Kramer telehandlers.
• This has included all aspects of service, repair, diagnostics and maintenance including increasing and establishing good relations and connections with multiple customers and operators.

Employment with Burdens Group was a multiskilled role, This included all things service related within the agriculture sector as well as all operations within the Commercial and Domestic ground care industry.

This ranged from private homeowner up to many of the regions premier golf courses and key account holders. As well as all forms of diagnostics, service, repair and maintenance on a countrywide Hire Fleet.

Undertaking all activities encompassed with the Service manager and supervisor's role.

This included managing staff, parts, training and workload for a small team of technicians and other company employee's. This was a customer facing role to include some workshop based activities as well as assisting other members of the team with their roles.

Predominantly concerned with improving customer service, meeting the expectations of clients and improving service levels within the grounds care industry.

Employment with Geoff Wallace Holdings was a wide and varied role. Geoff operated a large farm that included sheep and cattle as well as arable land.

There was many facets to the business which I was included in, this ranged from import and export of all types of Agricultural and horticultural machinery, and farm supplies. A large Contracting business using many John Deere machines primarily concerned with Silage operations, mowing, baling, cultivation and fertilizer/lime spreading as well as arable land reclamation across the South Island of New Zealand.

Apprentice Technician, Working with other skilled Technicians and under going the Brooksby Melton college and Langar based, Ag Tech training program and Higher NVQ qualification.
