I have a positive attitude toward my work and achieve goals and projects set by myself and my peers. i can communicate effectively at all levels within and outside of the business and have a good working knowledge of systems and processes desired to do my job effectively. With my previous experience of working with colleagues in Bedford and Northampton i feel that i have the knowledge and strength to achieve the core responsibilities that this position will bring.

I started with Whistl as an HGV driver in June 2016 and passed my Assessor course in April 2017.

I took on the role of Driver Assessor and have since developed the role to become my own. I have developed strong working relationships with Drivers, Managers and Superiors which helps me to get the job done effectively.

I have worked with other depots within the business to help with compliance and again, developed good relationships with the people involved at all levels.

I developed an RTC procedure for drivers to ensure any of these are reported and documented correctly and moved this procedure to our Bedford, Northampton and Lutterworth sites.

I investigate all crashes and incidents and report to the relevant managers in a timely manner and carry out driver re-training, assessments and disciplinary procedures as required.
