PERFORMANCE COACH
Performance and Rehabilitation Specialist with 7 years’ experience in elite sport at Swansea City FC and 8 years leading a specialist sports injury clinic, combining athlete development, rehabilitation and strength & conditioning. I have extensive experience helping athletes overcome complex or persistent injuries, rebuild physical capacity and return to their sport stronger and better prepared to perform. I place people at the centre of performance. Building trust, motivating athletes, understanding the individual and creating strong relationships are fundamental to my approach. I believe high-performing teams are built through empathy, accountability, collaboration and a positive team culture, where athletes feel supported while being challenged to reach their potential. My approach is evidence-informed and outcome-focused, using assessment, objective testing and KPI-driven monitoring to identify physical limitations, guide individual development and measure meaningful improvements in performance.
Interests: I have a strong interest in sport and performance, particularly football, rugby, running and strength training. I regularly engage with podcasts and literature covering sports science, physiotherapy, neuroscience and sports psychology. Outside of sport, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and discovering good coffee spots.
