When I started at Fillcare Ltd i started as a packer which required me to;

• Pack all products into boxes in way I am expected too.
• Check products to make sure there arent any defects that prod op may of missed
• Load all packed products onto pallet following spec given
• Follow any instructions given by prod op

By 09/24 I became a prod op with Fillcare Ltd meaning my roles and responsibilities changed. I then was expected too

• Ensure all bespoke products are matching with given specifications given.
• Make sure machines are running and no defects or probems are coming from inside machines, also that machines are set up to run specific products.
• Constant dialogue with managers, quality and packers to make sure everyone is on the same page and factory is running correctly keeping to company standards
• Filling out all required paperwork correctly and checking over to ensure all is correct.
• Maintaing housekeeping standards are kept throughout shift.

During my time at Everest I had to.

• Do multiple roles throughout the warehouse to ensure everything is runnning correctly and smoothly.
• Communicating with relevant stations before and after myself to ensure all work is done correctly and to the standard expected by company.
• Filling out all relevant paperwork

My job at Sam Drylining would include me doing such tasks as;

• Transporting materials to required area in preparation for fixers.
• Organise other labourers to make sure they are aware they know where to take materials and to whom they are taking them too.
• Constant communication with site managers, fixers and also other labourers to make sure everything is done smoothly, correctly and most importantly safely.
• dispose of any exess material and make sure site housekkeping is constantly kept to expected standard.

• During my time as a window mate i would be asked o load/unload a van whether a delivery to the warehouse or on arrival at a designated site/house
• I would be expected to deglaze all glass from frames making easier for myself or a workmate to get from the van to a suitable area.
• Fill out all suitable paperwork before, during and leaving site.
• Prepare all window ready for my workmate to come behind me and put a new window in.
• Go back behind workmate to put on any final touches to ensure job is done and at expected standard.
• Finally we would clean up work area to standard and respect that peoples houses expect
