• Assisting older persons admitted for mental health assessment with daily living activities, promoting independence, observing and supporting them through each stage of the admission and treatment process, working as part of a multi disciplinary

• Monitor patient behaviour closely to determine mental/physical health changes, reporting concerns immediately to nurse in charge.
• Provided personalised care and support to patients., using tools such as'my care plan' approach and ward risk assessments.
• Monitored patient health, behavioural and physical changes, promptly reporting concerns to ward supervisor. Follow care plans/Risk assessments.
• Managed challenging behaviour sensitively, adopting a person-centred approach. Following both risk assessments and care plans. Utilising training.

• Supported patient wellbeing by planning and participating in daily activities and exercise alongside engagement teams.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans, tailored to individual needs by discussing observations and patients own communications of need and communicating this with the team.
• Obtained current medical information, weight, height and vital signs including ECG, MRSA swabs, urine dips to aid care planning. These are taken on admission to establish baseline which is reported to nurse in charge and then monitored on a regular basis to help pick up on changes/deteriation.
• Administered medication under supervision, adhering to strict healthcare guidelines. We assist to administer under supervision if we have a better rapour with that patient to enable continuity with treatment.
• Staying up to date on all mandatory training.

Stocking shelves, customer care, till work

Managed a 1500 seater family entertainment room with approx 12 bar staff per night with takings of around 6-8 thousand per night. In charge of making sure all areas of the space ran smoothly including night bingo sales, novelty shop and bar. In charge of staff, stock- ordering and stock takes, cash floats and cashing up, opening up and locking up, and reporting to club manager with any issues.
