Summary

I believe I am a compassionate skilled HCA. I have worked in older persons mental health care in a long term dementia unit and a funtional assessment ward for 24yrs and with that role comes responsibilities for the patients physical health also. I work hard as part of a team to deliver a person centred approach to provide a tailored treatment plan covering both medication and therapeutic activities.

I am a good communicator with an empathetic ear. I love being part of a team and take direction well but i also can work well independently. I believe I would be a good fit for this role and whilst a slight change in direction from what I have been doing, I believe it would be a good move for me.
