About me

I am an assistant coach at Chesterfield Athletics Club, coaching individuals ranging from 9 to 14.

I undertook Forest Schools training whilst I was a teacher, and understand the important part the outdoors plays in people's, including my own, mental health and wellbeing.

I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, growing vegetables on our allotment and walking our dog Walter. I also enjoy cooking and baking and spending time with family and friends.
