I work full-time in a busy District General hospital:

- Anaesthetic lead for Emergency Theatre,NELA and Day surgery.

- Obstetrics in a unit with >3000 deliveries /per year

- Paediatrics intubation and stabilisation of critically ill babies and children pre-transfer

- Regional anaesthesia , job plan include upper limb and Trauma

- Education supervisor for Specialist trainees and provide clinical supervision for medical students and foundation doctors have been faculty at the regional FRCA exam course and CT interviewer.

- Audits initiated and supervised projects that were presented at national meetings(BADS).Increased day case spinal rate,reduced unplanned admission. Increased required critical care admission for high risk emergency laparotomy patients to 100%

- Sustainability : On Trust's Green group ,facilitated the removal of Desflurane in the Trust 2021.Established the theatre recycling program
