I work full-time in a busy District General hospital:

- Anaesthetic lead for Emergency Theatre,NELA and Day surgery.

- Obstetrics in a unit with >3000 deliveries /per year

- Paediatrics intubation and stabilisation of critically ill babies and children pre-transfer

- Regional anaesthesia , job plan include upper limb and Trauma

- Education supervisor for Specialist trainees and provide clinical supervision for medical students and foundation doctors have been faculty at the regional FRCA exam course and CT interviewer.

- Audits initiated and supervised projects that were presented at national meetings(BADS).Increased day case spinal rate,reduced unplanned admission. Increased required critical care admission for high risk emergency laparotomy patients to 100%

- Sustainability : On Trust's Green group ,facilitated the removal of Desflurane in the Trust 2021.Established the theatre recycling program

Based at Leeds General Infirmary, the acute site covered Trauma that ranged managing complex patients with fragility fractures to working in block room for Hand trauma.

Vascular anaesthesia ,including raptured AAA ,awake carotid endartectomy.

Elective orthopaedics: shoulder surgery and lower limb

Audit: Initiated audit into unselective coagulation screen

ITU : Middle grade for 16 bed critical care unit

Clinical supervision anaesthetic trainees

Mentor Anaesthetic Practitioners in low resource setting

Quality Improvement :Establish routine use of pulse oximetry (Lifebox project)

AAGBI SAFE Obstetric course :assist with delivery of course

Manage sick parturitients in low resource setting

Assist to upgrade peripheral healthcare units to enable operate deliveries

- Embrace: Paediatric retrieval team. Stabilisation and transfer of critically ill infants and children

- Paediatric Intensive care

- Paediatric anaesthesia for elective surgery
