  • As a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant, I am responsible for receiving and processing prescriptions, selecting and preparing medicines for dispensing whilst ensuring accurate labelling of the medication packages. For this I have to maintain patient records and pharmacy documentation.
  • Manage sensitive information discreetly, respecting patients' rights to confidentiality.
  • Answer customer enquiries about medication use, contributing to their wellbeing and health awareness.
  • My duties also include managing stock levels, ordering supplies and checking expiry dates to ensure medicines are available and safe for use, in addition to ensuring all medicines are stored safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and pharmacy procedures.
  • I regularly serve customers, handle payments, answer basic queries whilst referring more complex questions to the pharmacist when necessary.

  • During my time as an Early Years Play-worker at the Holiday Club, I was working with children aged 9 months to 5 years. My primary responsibility was to create a safe and secure environment where young children could thrive and explore.

  • In my role as a Retail Assistant, I worked weekends and during holiday periods, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
