
1) Using Deploying approved health care plans in caring for residents with different health impairments such as Alzheimer, dementia and Parkinson’s disease and assisting them with their daily required needs and support.
2) Personal Care: Assisting individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3) Medication Management: Administering medications according to prescribed schedules and documenting the process.
4) Emotional Support: Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, addressing their social and psychological needs.
5) Health Monitoring: Keeping track of clients' health conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
6) Assistance with Mobility: Helping clients with mobility issues to move around safely and providing aid with mobility aids.
7)Household Tasks: Assisting with light housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
8)Communication: Effectively communicating with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support workers to ensure coordinated care.
9)Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care, including any changes in health status or incidents.
8)Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to maintain or regain independence through tailored activities and support.
10)Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks to clients' well-being and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
