Summary

I am a calm, friendly and compassionate person who has enjoyed many years working in a customer facing role which was often in a stressful and fast paced environment,

I am a resilient and capable worker who has many years experience with physical and manual work and working in a 24/7 shift pattern.

Having spent the last few years as a personal carer , I have enjoyed the diverse experiences and fulfilment these roles have given me. I would like to change my direction and become a senior member of a professional kitchen but would first like to gain experience and develop my career in the sector and see this role as the perfect opportunity to do this.

I love learning and collecting new skills and experience and always take the opportunity to improve myself in this way.

Many people forget that essentially policing is a customer focused role and a team role. It has always been a passion of mine and I felt humbled to be able to do it daily.

As a carer I really enjoyed the responsibility of meal prepping and cooking as it's always been a hobby of mine and something I've wanted to do in a professional capacity for some time now. This has been reinforced by my recent post working at Roedean school as a kitchen porter.

I have lots of experience and understanding of the importance of working as an individual or as part of a team. I have enjoyed working collaboratively supporting other teams and feel that it would be similar to working within your team.
