
I’m a hands-on and reliable supervisor with six years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in a fast-paced bar environment, where I’ve developed strong leadership, organisation, and customer service skills. I take a lead-by-example approach and believe in supporting my team at every level, never asking others to do something I wouldn’t do myself. I’m confident managing stock, deliveries, and day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards under pressure. I’m now looking to bring that approach into a role with Toolstation, contributing to a team-focused and efficient working environment.
In my current role I am responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of a busy bar and 100-seat restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service with a strong focus on efficient table service and team coordination.
My first job was at Hartnells Fresh Foods, a family-run business where I began working at 13 in a Saturday role. Over time, I took on more hours during school holidays, and after finishing my education, I stayed on in regular employment.
