Accomplishments
- I have been a part of the Birmingham Youth Board where I worked with the Birmingham City Council as a representative for 11-18 year olds. We aimed to; promote meaningful engagement with young people, connect them with the current work of partners around Birmingham, and help create a city that provides for and benefits all generations. I was personally involved with the Youth Parliament, but I also was involved with social activism and the Young People's Independent Advisory Group.
- Volunteered for the Sikh food drive for the homeless with my local Gurdwara, where I helped organise a van to transport the food as well as help arrange more volunteers telling them what location to go to, and what their job is in the food drive.
