I am a passionate and enthusiastic kitchen staff member with close to two years of experience in fast-paced hospitality environments. Possessing excellent attention to detail, teamwork and adaptability, all vital to contribute to and maintain a functional kitchen environment. Previous experience under high pressure and large stakes has taught me the importance of concise communication and high functioning work ethic to deliver satisfactory quality and meet deadlines. Outside of service, ten-hour shifts dedicated in majority to sanitisation, management of stock, and organisation of work stations have built the foundation of an effective kitchen team member.
