Current position is one of a multi-faceted role managing multiple stakeholder interests, organising direct labour and sub-contractors effectively to deliver on target and on time whilst providing full support to the senior management team building the next generation Full fibre network on behalf of BT Openreach.


  • Responsible for the site and field supervision of build operations such as fibre splicing and jointing alongside supply partner cabling, ensuring that all client orders were delivered in a safe, on time and compliant manner
  • Complete prebuild site surveys to ensure all civil engineering/build requirements are captured and completed prior to contractor arrival
  • Communicating with external parties including potential and existing landlords, attaining permission to work from private landowners to maximise potential client base
  • Responsible for the site and field supervision of Kier direct labour and supplier sub-contractor teams
  • Completion of onsite health and safety audits and inspections and escalating where unsatisfactory to ensure compliance and continual improvement and mitigation of unsafe practices
