

Qualified Gym Instructor and founder of MoveHer Co, delivering motivating, full-body group training with a strong focus on small-group coaching. I design varied sessions using resistance bands, free weights and bodyweight, supporting all abilities through clear progressions and regressions. I have a strong passion for planning and designing new group training formats to keep sessions engaging and members motivated, with a particular focus on empowering women while confidently coaching mixed groups in a positive, inclusive environment.
