- My main role was front of house, meeting & greeting my customers and building relationships with the regulars.

- I also spent time in the busy kitchen preparing food and baking, and I was always on hand to help the chef with service.

- I trained new and junior staff members which improved overall efficiency of café operations.

- We regularly had events and part of my role was to serve alcohol.

- I am able to work well under pressure on busy days, whilst still producing high quality customer service.

-During this role I liaised with healthcare professionals daily to ensure accurate prescription handling and delivery.

-I was regularly front of house to assist customers with queries regarding prescriptions and gave knowledgeable advice on over-the-counter products.

-I maintained cleanliness within the pharmacy, providing a safe environment for staff and customers alike.

My role at W.Y Graham held a lot of similar responsibilities as my position at Well Pharmacy, however W.Y Graham consisted of more duties including:

- Being involved in Smoking Cessation which built me a rapport with our customers encouraging and advising them on the benefits of quitting smoking.

- Our pharmacy covered over 200 dosette boxes for customers, this role required me to be very methodical and precise, ensuring all medications were correctly organised in a timely manner. I was audited regularly and maintained high standards across this and other responsibilities.

- I was also the Mental Health Champion for the pharmacy which I was extremely proud to be.
