I am a dedicated and compassionate registered adult Nurse, having qualified in 2023 and begun my Nursing career within community Nursing. Since qualifying, I have gained extensive experience providing holistic, patient-centred care to individuals with a wide range of complex health needs, working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Alongside developing my clinical skills, I have taken on additional responsibilities including practice assessor, preceptor, and student link Nurse roles, which have strengthened my leadership, teaching, and organisational skills. I pride myself on being approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of care. Having built a strong foundation in community Nursing, I now feel ready to take on my next challenge and continue to develop both professionally and personally.
“I would just like to say Jake is an extremely kind and caring person, he took the time to explain what was happening during AC's end of life care and cared for mum as if she was his own. He treated mum with respect and gave support to myself and our family. Jake went out of his way to make sure mums’ medication was there and it didn’t run out. It is clear to see this isn’t just a job to Jake he genuinely cares about each patient, Jake had treated mum before and he talked about it, he had obviously had a good chat whilst giving treatment to mum, as he told me what they talked about and made me smile, which also shows his patients are people not just numbers. Jake ls a one in a million and I feel that as a company you are lucky to have such an amazing young man, who is worth his weight in gold. I feel we were very fortunate to have had Jake care for our mum as will others when Jake cares for them. It has been a while since mum passed in August, but I would like you to pass my sincere thanks and appreciation to Jake for everything he truly was amazing. I really hope that this is shared with Jake, and he gets the recognition he most definitely deserves.”
