I'm an extremely driven self-starter with an array of skills that allow me to complete tasks to the best of my professional ability. I am extremely reliable, priding myself on my punctuality and time management skills, proven by previous responsibilities bestowed upon me. I have experience working in teams in and out of the office, thus making me an effective communicator who can work with others to achieve a common goal and lead where necessary. As I’m energetic, I have worked and thrived in busy fast-paced environments requiring jobs to be complete under specific time constraint, allowing me to develop the focus needed to see tasks through, ensuring they are complete. Furthermore, I’m able to complete multiple tasks a day and always eager, adaptable and constantly looking to learn more.
Obtained a place on one of the Uk’s premier graduate schemes, the Police Now National Detective Programme, Counter Terrorism. As it was the very first time this programme has been run, I’m one of its pioneers, fending off thousands of other applicants to obtain a place, as well as passing all of the rigorous assessments and vetting. My role has led me through a variety of rotations, allowing me to develop my leadership and problem-solving skills. It has also allowed me to work in a number of environments, including in some of the most high-performing teams, whilst also allowing me to work independently and unsupervised.
Various roles within the company; including working directly under the estates manager, which involved day to day management of over 200 commercial and residential properties. This involved shadowing the estates manager whilst he negotiated and consulted on both property leases, purchase and sales. I also worked closely with the maintenance team through spring and summer in the early years, which involved a wide array of responsibilities, covering all aspects estates and property management.
