Jack Winstanley

I am an experienced individual who delivers excellent customer service and drives sales. I ensure this by having a deep understanding of product knowledge, which is communicated to customers through strong and clear points while remaining attentive to customer needs. This shows I can collect lots of data and transfer it into concise arguments for why a product fits an individual's needs. Even though my primary experience is in retail, I hold many transferable skills, such as my organisational abilities, which I have shown through my management of the footwear department. I also strongly believe in being a hard-working and driven individual who can aim to better myself and my colleagues in a professional environment.

I have received my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award, which displays my adaptability and teamwork to achieve a shared goal in a time-based situation. I am an avid runner, and this has led me to become the Northern Champion in the 800m and to represent Lancashire on multiple occasions. This shows that I am a dedicated individual who will outwork any individual to ensure jobs and criteria are met. Following on from athletics, I have also represented Lancashire in hockey and have been part of a tournament-winning team.
