Jack Bedwell

This is my current part-time employment alongside my full-time education, where I help out with all tasks at the pub. This includes assistance in the kitchen, and serving customers their food. This job has helped me develop confidence in my face to face communication with others. It has provided me with the opportunity to handle customer queries effectively, ensuring their satisfaction. Alongside this, it has also given me experience in the working world, where I am now looking for further employment.

In 2023, I was given the opportunity to spend my week long work experience at Royal Mail delivery office in Peterborough, where I was given various different tasks to complete across the week. These tasks included sorting parcels and mail, going out on delivery and being the passenger in a parcel drop off. During this time, I had to carry out day-to-day duties, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency, where I was able to successfully deliver the tasks on time.
