Even though I am only 22 years old, I'm very focused on my goals to gain all the best experience that I can whilst I'm young in order to advance myself to very high opportunities in the future because anything is possible! Furthermore, I have 4 years (since the age of 14) experience in the customer service sector.

I have a lot of experience in administration as (previously mentioned above in the experience section) due to my teaching rolls requiring a lot of administration to be completed on a daily basis.

  • Due to the experience that I had gained from the previous employment, I successfully managed to pass the three-stage process to work with Vaughan Systems; the best English and Business English Academy in Spain.
  • This process consisted of a a 2 week intense training course in which I obtained my Teaching Diploma.
  • This employment mainly consist of the following key competencies: Professionalism, Personal-Management, Time-Management, Organization and Leadership skills
  • The company arranges my timetable (from all offers of hours that I accept) that consists of all of the classes in which I must teach Business English online via Zoom.
  • These classes consist of intense drill activities in which I have to manage both in terms of Time-Management and Personal Management of how I conduct myself and organize my classes.
  • My classes are taught through the methodology in which I was trained on my intense training course before being offered the position (and after my interview).
  • Furthermore, this job has a deeper independent touch to it as I have to manage all of my work-software, which includes: Managing my portal on the Company's App including any E-Mails, cancellations and reschedules; Microsoft Word for any lesson related material; also Microsoft Excel in order to manage and calculate my Monthly Invoices.
  • In addition to all of this, I have to plan and prepare each class using my stored material on Google Drive; all of which must match the specific student's level and ability.
  • I also must keep an attendance log both virtually via the Company's App and on the virtual ajendance sheets in order to send each month along with my Monthly Invoices.
