Leadership - I was selected as the top camp counsellor out of 160 staff members for my exemplary leadership and was promoted to camp leader which involved leading a large team of counsellors in executing a major camp event I successfully planned and facilitated engaging activities for children, while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment I actively addressed challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Responsibility - I was part of the set up team for a new high-end restaurant and contributed to our restaurant achieving the highest satisfaction score within the company I demonstrated exceptional customer service and created a welcoming atmosphere for guests I took charge of taking orders and engaged with customers, and as a senior team member, I not only led by example but also took on the responsibility of training new employees

Confidence- I achieved five star reviews and praise regarding my excellent customer service where I confidently dealt with situations well under pressure I was nominated for employee of the month for my role of stewarding of a large comic convention, where I successfully reunited a missing child with their parents

Initiative - I have taken the lead in managing executive boxes and efficiently handling high volumes of customers, anticipating their needs and ensuring seamless service I consistently demonstrated initiative by proactively addressing challenges, such as successfully educating a customer with food allergies on what they were able to eat, as well as enhancing the guest experience by offering extra knowledge and information to guests

Commitment - I gained one of the highest marks in my cohort for my strategic and environmental analysis of a business, showing my dedication to my bachelor's degree in Business Management I was appointed from within groups to lead multiple projects, effectively managing workloads and helping the group to meet deadlines

Motivation - By setting personal bests in the 5km parkrun, as well as receiving Player of the Season award in university football team, my motivation and willingness to better myself is reflected in my hobbies

Teamwork and Communication - I was awarded the officiation of a football cup final due to my effective communication as a qualified referee, efficiently dealing with players and supporters throughout the match

Time Management - I engaged in careful planning and prioritisation to ensure that children arrived punctually to activities while simultaneously organising and leading my own events This experience required me to balance multiple responsibilities effectively

Creativity and Innovation - I have cultivated my creativity by developing innovative marketing campaigns as well as creating pitching new product and service ideas in my studies
