Supporting day-to-day operations of the charity shop, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities included assisting with stock organization, maintaining an orderly store environment, and engaging with customers to provide excellent service. Through this role, I hope to further develop strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

A fast-paced pub environment, where I was responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supporting efficient operations. My tasks included collecting and cleaning glasses, clearing tables, and ensuring the pub remained tidy and welcoming for customers. I left the position to focus on my studies in Public Services.
