I am highly dependable and enthusiastic with prior customer service experience looking to start my career journey. Proven ability to work to acheive team and individual goals and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Im very adaptable and willing to learn new skills, I thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of service. Looking to build a lasting career and further develop my current skills.

I spend time making crafts such as glass charms, bespoke table decorations, candles, floral arrangements etc for parties and weddings which I do on request for freinds and family.

I also enjoy looking after my neices and babysitting for neighbours children when required.

I help to care for my great grandmother who needs support to stay in her own home this included personal care, shopping,bpreperarion of meals, house work, and entertaning.

I enjoy baking and cooking and I also like to paint.

After leaving school, my first jobs were enjoyable, whilst I looked around for opppurtunities and ideas on employment. In my first job role , I found mixing with clients and staff helped me build my confidence and social skills.

I then built further my team working in a fast paced kitchen/restaurant, taking ownership for the desserts. I was dissapointed when the reaturant had a fire in the kitchen and had to close.

My home life brings in my caring nature and adaptability and I enjoy building up my skill sets. My interest in work is quite open, and include working in a caring role using the skills I have in this area, as well as gaining skills amd usoing my computer skills in an administrative role.
