Over the last two years, during the school holidays I have worked as part of a team at Manor Wood Caravan and Camping Park. I have worked both in the Cafe and the reception area.

In the cafe my duties included -

- Welcoming customers, and ensuring they received a positive experience when visiting.

- Processed food orders, payments, and served customers efficiently.

- Checked for allergy information while preparing food and beverages.

- Maintained cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas to meet health standards.

Whilst on reception my duties included -

- Greeting holidaymakers, facilitating smooth check-ins.

- Verified bookings and provided essential information about stay and local attractions.

- Assisted guests with inquiries to enhance overall customer service.

As this was a seasonal position each September I then left to resume my studies.
