In my work experience I provided helpful, attentive sales support to generate positive customer feedback. I also communicated effectively to determine customer needs, provide recommendations and upsell services.

Many of the customers, i had exposed to my enthusiasm and put a smile on their face which I what I wish to do at my next job ! I also:

• Provided excellent sales services by offering bespoke product advice to meet exact customers needs.
• I was able to help over 150 customers a day.
• Worked energetically to maintain efficient operations during peak trading hours.
• Managed till operations by promptly and precisely scanning items, processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Built lasting relationships with clients through customer service interactions.
• Explained information about quality, value and style of products to influence customer buying decisions.
• Maintained knowledge of current promotions, refund guidelines and payment policies, providing reliable customer advice.
• Negotiated prices, terms of sales and service agreements.

I really enjoyed working at Paperchase because it was such a good experience of my first ob, I met so many different sectors of people which allows me to now be more open minded!

In my work experience I collaborated with various departments including legal, sales and management.

As I have a strong interest for law, I was able to fortunately have work experience, during this, i learnt a lot and met a range of different sectors of people which allowed me to take an easier approach with interacting with people. I explored 4 different types of laws commercial law, family law, private lawyers and corperate law). And allowed me to understand what law I will be continuing to study. It also gave me a taster of how my future may be like as I'm wishing to be a lawyer. I also:

• Shadowed lawyers to understand workloads, case management and network development.
• Demonstrated tact and patience when working with range of clients.
• Participated in training events, meetings and briefings.
• Provided administrative support involving file management, correspondence and reception duties.

Young professionals is a student based work experience. Unfortunately

Because of covid it was held online and an handful of students and I joined zoom calls with undergraduate and post graduates studying law or are now working

We undertook many tasks and this helped the lawyers to understand our personalities and how they can be adapted into different aspects of law

• We conducted information analysis on large quantities of data, distilling complex findings into presentable arguments
• we developed strong argument strategies based on evidence findings

It was very interesting to figure out my personality in the law firm and it was helpful meeting more than 15 post or undergraduates

Although this work experience was short, it helped me develop my communication skills as students and the hosts answered any quires I had. I am so grateful to have been a part of this.
