Research Project: E-voting
I developed an election website application as part of my final year project, using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). The application aimed to facilitate multi-seat elections and determine the best candidates for the university. I implemented the Single Transferable Vote (STV) algorithm for the election system, ensuring fairness. The website had a dynamic and interactive user interface built with Angular and TypeScript. The backend was developed using Node.js and Express.js, with MongoDB as the database solution. I actively used Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
