• Communicate with customers/office regarding ongoing repairs, issues, spare parts etc
• Carry out onsite technical diagnostic and troubleshooting, Pin-point fault tracing and servicing repairs within a designated geographic area in line with Company policies, compliance with company HSE policy and procedure, taking payment where required, review and record work details using Company app on Company Smart Phone, regularly perform stock check and carry out returns process according to Company guidelines, ensure all tools and equipment including Company car are organized and maintained in good working order according to Company policy.

Project Management, Team Management, Team Leading, Time management

• Day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance Units to troubleshoot and fix electrical systems including reporting and documentation
• Provide expert advice and assistance to construction, maintenance engineers and operation personnel on all matters related to electrical systems.
• Develop engineering conceptual plans for the new installation and upgrade projects including development of work scopes, calculations and detailed technical specifications.
• Participate on the testing & commissioning of the new facilities and turnaround and Inspection (T&I).
• Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.
• Issue NCR to contractors for non-compliance.
• Ensure full HSE policy compliance.
• Lead electrical equipment failures and trips investigation and produce the associated reports Develop and maintain the reliability reports for electrical equipment.
• Review the equipment historical data and conducting reliability studies.
• Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to Saudi Aramco capital investment decisions.
• Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.

• Project management facility management, team management, team leading, time management, Cost & budget management.
• Prepare Commercial Budget , Cost of Projects, Cost Controlling, BOQ, RAF, JAF, Technical Material Submittal as per specifications of project.
• Attend meeting with consultant and client weekly, monthly basics and set goals of target to complete the project.
• Monitor daily MEP activities and task and progress of MEP construction works related First fix, second fix of Electrical system, Plumbing system, Fire Fighting system and Chilled water system.
• Discusses technical issues related to MEP site work and solve the obstacles with technical office team and consultant.
• Installation, operation, maintenance and service of AHUs, FCU, MCC, Installed Switchgear, RMU, ATS, UPS, Power generators, Panels, Earth and lighting protection system, Panels DBs
• Testing and commissioning of all internal and external electrification etc.

• Manage the Project activity and gives instructions to team about project activity.
• Develop construction and maintenance procedure and ensure implementation, Plan and oversee all installation and repair & maintenance activities, allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff, Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary, monitor expenses and control cost of maintenance, Manage relationships with Contracts and services provider, Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities, respond on all emergency call for maintenance, ensure health and safety policies complied with, Develop a Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance carried out, Submitting Work Inspection Reports (WIR) and revising all documents to Consultant and Client.
