With over 4 years of experience I have obtained a wide set of skills and valuable knowledge over this time period. With accredited learning I have completed specialist training in PEG feeding, stoma care, complex medication support and I am skilled in handling the use of specialist equipment. With training and years of progression in the healthcare sector I have developed enhanced collaboration skills by working closely with managers , seniors and families to maintain consistent standards of support. Aquiring safeguarding awareness to maintain a safe working envirmoment for both service users and staff. By comparison I have obtained the ability to work independently and take initiave when required creating excelent fast acting problem solving skills and good observation and reporting. Working in a professional environment strenghened my conflict resolution allowing me to keep professional boundaries. . My attendance has been consistent and have adapted throughout the years working with different individuals with complex conditions providing only high standards of care. I am now looking to transfer my skills into a SEND education setting and develop a career aswell as knowledge within an educational setting.
