Ieda’s experience as a Roadshow Coordinator began in 2011 when she was hired on a full time basis. After a maternity leave gap, Ieda returned to BTG Pactual in 2017 as a freelancer, where every spring she re-joined the equity sales team during the most demanding time of the year.

Her role included:

· Organize all logistical arrangements for the lifecycle of events: corporate roadshows (deal and non-deal), analyst marketing roadshows, events and the CEO annual conference in London

· Liaison with external and internal Senior Management

· Communicate with DCM/Syndicate department on progress of deal related roadshows

· Create, update and distribute event schedules as well as drafting of invitations / sending of invitations / monitoring responses and keep internal sales informed

· Book venues, hotels, accommodation, flights, lunches and hospitality

· Manage budgets and reconcile statements for roadshow expenses
