First 2 years i was an office clerk and duties including typing and communicating with head office on contracts and orders for the factory. Last year i became the wages clerk which included calculating all the wages for 70 staff members who were on piece rate. Also ensured any discrepancies or queries was handled quickly.

Also I would drive a Bedford van to areas covering most of North Wales Holyhead, Llandrindod Wells and Oswestry to pick up stock from various suppliers to replenish the factories stock.

Worked on a temporary contract for 2 months helping with the running of the agricultural department of the Welsh office in Caernarfon. Duties included typing, filing and sorting out the archives section.
