I am a final-year BSc Psychology student at the University of the West of Scotland, graduating in 2026, with a strong interest in applying behavioural insight to support effective HR and organisational initiatives. I am particularly drawn to the HR Project Assistant role as it offers hands-on exposure to project delivery, HR operations, and structured programme support within a dynamic environment. Through my degree, I have developed strong analytical and research skills, working with both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and present clear, evidence-based insights. I am confident using Excel, Microsoft platforms, and JASP to manage and analyse data accurately. I am highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in systematic, deadline-driven environments where coordination and accuracy are essential. I am motivated to contribute proactively to project milestones, support effective stakeholder communication, and ensure initiatives are delivered in a structured and well-governed manner. As I plan to progress to a Master’s in Work and Organisational Psychology, this fixed-term opportunity represents a valuable step in building practical HR experience while contributing meaningfully to the team.
