I am a reliable, responsible and fast learning individual. Currently I work in a small cafe on Saturdays and as much as I can during half terms. I have just recently turned 16 and now looking for similar work but within a more up to date & exciting cafe. While working at the cafe I have learned new things and gained more confidence. My duties included the following
- Serving food and beverages to customers making sure it was correct and presented correctly along with greeting and serving customers in timely, friendly manner.
- Followed recipes and preparation techniques for range of drinks, including espresso, latte and cappuccino.
- Kitchen duties would include, washing up and working various kitchen appliances.
- Closing duties, thoroughly cleaning, sanitising and replenishing stock.
