Harvey Parkhouse

In this role, I serve customers over the bar and also maintain the floor. I provide a high standard of customer service and have the knowledge to answer questions from customers about the product we sell. I also maintain cleanliness of the bar and reset it at the end of each night with a thorough clean and restock.

• Working primarily in Cardiff, but also over the South West and London building stages for all different events, from conferences to live shows in the Principality Stadium. Along with the build, I also assist in different departments throughout show days to ensure their smooth running and a successful live experience.

I primarily served customers over the bar, but also ran food and drink on the floor. I also maintained cleanliness standards in the building by cleaning facilities during hourly checks and restocking the bar throughout the shift.

In this role I provided excellent customer service using knowledge learnt in the role to assist customers in finding what they needed, along with replenishing and checking warehouse stock, putting online orders together throughout the day and promoting sales to customers with interest in different products.

I worked as an all rounder, learning all stations and being able to operate each station successfully on a moments notice. I also maintained cleanliness standards and would manage the stock on the assigned station if working in food and drink, or high standards of customer service if working in a front of house role.
