Summary

I am a full-stack engineer with a proven record of designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions from concept to production. Experienced across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a modern technology stack (Node.js, Python, TypeScript, React), I combine hands-on development expertise with rigorous solution architecture. My approach emphasises clear governance, measurable outcomes, and close alignment with business objectives. Whether mentoring engineers, modelling complex domains, or presenting architectural roadmaps to senior stakeholders, I strive to ensure that every decision and line of code advances organisational value and long-term maintainability.

Work history

Technical Consultant | Software Engineer

Sprint Reply UK
London
01.2023 - Current

At Sprint Reply UK, I worked on the following projects:

easyJet Airlines
Engineer – eResolve (AI-powered email-management platform)

  • Developed a POC showcasing the potential of LLMs in answering customer queries in an email medium.
  • Developed the MVP to provide immediate value by integrating LLM email responses inside easyJet’s existing email management platform.
  • Developed the Alpha in which we developed the full email management platform (web app) to provide better control and enable further features not previously possible in an external platform.
  • Reduced the time taken (on average) to respond to customer emails by over 50%.

easyJet Airlines
Tech Lead – Customer-facing Generative AI Chatbot (AWS/Python)

  • Lead a team of developers to create a customer-facing, LLM-powered chatbot to answer user queries using easyJet’s policies.
  • Performed rigorous testing to ensure accurate and unbiased chatbot responses.
  • Designed a serverless AWS solution architecture alongside component-level LLDs to support the development of the project.
  • Implemented rigorous load-testing and A/B testing to ensure safe rollout.
  • Developed analytics dashboards to track the performance and usage of the chatbot.

easyJet Airlines
Engineer – Frontline Assistance Tool (AWS/Python/Typescript)

  • Developed a tool (progressive web app) to provide accurate and timely flight and passenger information to frontline workers.
  • Carried out a GAP analysis to understand the data requirements, its availability and retrieval latency from existing platforms.
  • Designed an RBAC approach to accommodate federated and unfederated users across multiple organisations.
  • Evaluated, recommended, and developed solutions for areas of low-connectivity.

Scania GB
Tech Lead – Automating Truck Inspections (AWS/Python)

  • Real time data capture: evaluated hands free audio transcription and LLM extraction of inspection results and recommended an approach for real time data capture and supporting the recommendation with a prototype.
  • Data model & integrations: analysed and evaluated how data from multiple internal and external systems can map to a unified schema.
  • Data flow & solution architecture: produced solution architecture and data flow diagrams that shows how each component interacts from workshop floor to backend systems.

easyJet Airlines

Tech Lead – AI-Driven Safety-Insight Platform (AWS/Python/Typescript)

  • Led a team to build an AWS-native pipeline that ingests 30+ air-traffic-incident PDFs (50+ pages each) for AI-powered analysis to surface root causes, systemic trends, cultural & organisational factors, highest-impact intervention areas, and actionable root-cause recommendations - that would have taken investigators weeks to uncover manually.
  • Architected a secure, serverless solution with stringent data-safety controls to protect sensitive operational information.
  • Praised by the Head of Operational Risk & Business Resilience, Safety Leadership at easyJet:
“Some of the stuff it comes out with is beyond what we imagined; we’re now reviewing factors we never before thought of… it’s a first for the industry—no one else is doing this.”

Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) (Current)

Discovery Engineer – Digital Ombudsman (Azure/Python/Typescript)

  • Facilitating discovery workshops with case-workers, service managers, and policy leads to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can streamline complaints handling, evidence triage, and knowledge-capture.
  • Running rapid technical spikes to solve/assess the feasibility of technically challenging tasks so product squads can focus on feature delivery without losing velocity.
  • Designing and prototyping a live, two-way call transcription & translation service: converts real-time conversations between case-workers and complainants into bilingual text streams, eliminating reliance on external interpreters and reducing interaction costs and friction.
  • Producing discovery artefacts (process maps, risk assessments, solution architectures, cost models) that inform the 2025/2026 product roadmap and de-risk subsequent Alpha build phases.
