Summary

I am a compassionate and committed educator dedicated to child development. In my previous teaching roles I created safe, positive and inclusive learning environments. I have an ability to foster positive relationships with both learners and staff team. I am dedicated in supporting the individualised learning and personal growth of all learners. I am a solution based-practitioner, who is determined to find specific help for each learner's needs. I am enthusiastic and energetic and enjoy planning active, creative and meaningful lessons. I am flexible, calm and adaptive to the children's requirements. I have experience and skills in dealing with challenging behaviour and finding strategies that are positive for both learners and teachers. I have built good communication with parents and outside agencies to support the child. I have demonstrated strong leadership through different school projects such as choir, facilitating children to express themselves through music and dance.
