• Lead a shop floor renovation project which oversaw changes to shop floor layout, introduction of a fridge in the pharmacy shop, and a change of order and more organized system for dispensing medication.

• Taking orders in person, by phone, or through delivery apps and handing them out correctly.
• Operating the till/POS system and handling payments
• Handling customer complaints politely and professionally, while providing excellent customer service, with customers leaving positive reviews.
• Coordinating with Kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely orders

• Drafted a marketing campaign for an existing clients launch of a new product as well as their Social Media Content Planning.
