Having worked with children and adults alike in after school clubs and in a physio clinic, I have developed proficient communication skills and handled difficult situations without panic This is transferrable for a job in customer service/communications I also speak fluent Italian and can communicate well in Spanish which aids this skill even further I have excellent time management and organisation skills being a student, balancing my high grade aspirations with other hobbies (running being my favourite:) and social life I also perform well under pressure, having had experience racing at high standards and sitting stressful exams yet still achieving a good outcome However I would say my best skill is people management, connecting with people by having easy conversations and making people feel reassured and comfortable
