Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality personal care while maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Supporting residents living with dementia using a person-centred and compassionate approach.
• Assisting with meals and monitoring nutrition and hydration.
• Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity at all times.
• Following safeguarding, infection control and health & safety policies.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents health and wellbeing.
• Working closely with nurses and senior staff as part of team.

Activities & Engagement Experience:

• Supporting group activities such as bingo, arts and crafts, music sessions and chair-based exercises.
• Assisting residents to participate in one-to-one activities.
• Helping organize seasonal events and celebrations.
• Encouraging residents to engage socially and emotionally.
• Motivating residents to participate in activities suited to their interests and abilities.
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
