Over 4 years of hospitality experience working as a waitress at high-end weddings and events across the Cotswolds. This includes laying up large venues, providing friendly and efficient canape and meal service, bartending and closing up. Over the last 6 months I have worked as Front of House, liaising with clients, in charge of a group of waitresses, often assisting in training of new members and ensuring the smooth running of the event.

Bartending at a large venue with 5 bars, a fast paced club environment and pour-house. Required a large knowledge of different alcohols, closing duties, efficient service, restocking and cleaning of the bar.

At Optus Stadium I adapted to many different settings around the venue including multiple bars and restaurants, I also took responsibility for one of the suites/boxes, serving drinks and food. Additionally I maintained respect of clients in VIP areas such as The Clubhouse or The Locker Room.

Responsible for all aspects of the hotel's catering service, including the restaurant, bar, garden and room service.

Varied Roles at Perth's Winter Arts Festival: Re-Perth, including: Bartender, Bar Back, Glassie, Front of House Ticket Scanner, Seating Usher, Bump in and out.

In this role I often looked after the store by myself, collecting and unpacking stock, setting up display areas in between serving customers, also cashing up and closing the shop at the end of the shift.

Over the busy Christmas period I interacted with customers to ensure they had everything they needed, handled transactions on the tills, replenished stock and maintained the stores appearance.
