I have done a weeks work experience at the primary school in my town, Crowthorne CofE, which allowed me to develop the skills to work with all ages, and to understand how to correctly and effectively use and constructive criticism given. it also allowed me to gain an understanding on how to listen to any form of complaint or misunderstanding and listen and report it to the correct higher up.

i had volunteered as a young leader for the rainbows youth group as part of my DofE where i helped and guided young children in completing tasks and working as a team.

My father founded and directs an electrical LTD, which he has run for the best part of 20 years, where I have been taught and experienced how to work on site awell as understand the financial implications of owning and supporting a business. I also often support with going through the financial statements and sending out and processing invoices giving me the basic understanding of business finances. Due to my father also taking on apprenterships I have gained an understanding of the human resources used to keep a safe work environment for young and new workers giving me valuable skills.
